OMEGA CLOCK REF. 5559 "TRUNCATED LINE" CA. 1960

A table clock by Omega, elegant and rare on the market.

There's no longer any need to introduce this watchmaking house, renowned for over a century for its quality timepieces.

This is an example from the "Truncated Line", reference 5559, recognizable by its bronze-colored case and gold dial.

This reference, one of our most sober and elegant models, was part of a small series of declinations. It features a date display at 6 o'clock and a bright red seconds hand.

The clock is powered by an electric movement running on a 9-volt square cell battery. A setting is possible as indicated on the clock motor: 1 DIV= 5S/24H.

This copy is in original condition with these few imperfections, but in very good overall condition.

Overall, a beautiful and rare reference.
